Rates vary with location to beach, with beachfront highest rates. Rates subject to Fla. Sales Tax. All accommodations have color TV, individually controlled, air conditioning and heat, tub showers. All accomodations are non-smoking. Full daily maid service for type A-G. Daily towel & trash service only for type AA & BB.
An inventory of all household items will be taken for all units after each checkout. Management reserves the right to charge a guest the cost of replacing or repaairing any damaged or missing items. Beachfront heated pool, Beach lounges, beach towels, tennis court. Marinas nearby. Major credit cards accepted. Rates Subject to Change Without Notice. Three Night Minimum Stay Required on Holidays. Holiday weekend rates higher. A $5.50 resort fee will be charged for each room night stay.
A 25% deposit is required to confirm reservations with the balance due on arrival. On reservations of 4 days or less a minimum deposit is one day rent. If your plans are changed, kindly notify us at least 14 days in advance and we will gladly refund deposit. Visitors are asked to please register at the front office upon arrival. Management reserves the right to charge a $200.00 cleaning fee to any guest who violates the no smoking policy. The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whom it considers incompatible with the best interest of the resort and its guests!
