INFORMATION UPDATE

COVID-19 UPDATE

The resort is currently open and we are closely monitoring the federal and state advisories concerning the steps that should be taken by businesses to protect our guests from the Covid-19 virus.

We have some unique advantages that make social distancing easy at our property.  Our boutique property is small - with only thirty four (34) rooms.  All of our rooms open directly to the outdoors and have kitchens - with a full size refrigerator, a microwave, a stovetop and pots, pans, plates, glasses and utensils.  They all have a dining table and chairs.  Most of our rooms have a private patio or lanai with views of the Gulf of Mexico, Vanderbilt Lagoon or our lush gardens and these patios are at least ten feet apart.   In essence, all of our rooms are like apartments set on the beach and lagoon. These amenities make it easy for our guests to stock up on their own food and, if they wish, still practice some degree of tropical social distancing or self-isolation at their beach home away from home.

If you have any questions, please call the resort.  We will continue to post any changes in our operations relating to COVID-19 here.

Our Commitment to Cleanliness:

We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests and associates. On a daily basis, we are working to ensure our resort meets the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning. Our resorts’ health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and include everything from handwashing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to guest room and common area cleaning procedures. Specific steps we are taking include:

Cleaning Protocols and Distancing:

Our resort uses cleaning products and social distancing protocols which are effective against viruses, including:

  • Hand Hygiene: Proper and frequent handwashing is vital to help combat the spread of viruses. Our teams are reminded that cleanliness starts with this simple act. It’s important for their health and that of our guests.

  • Guest Rooms: We use cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items.

  • Public Spaces: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces, with a focus on the counter at the front desk, elevators and elevator buttons, door handles, public bathrooms and even room keys.

  • Masks: All of our staff wear face masks or coverings in compliance with Collier County's mask mandate.

  • Back of House: In the spaces where associates work “behind the scenes,” hotels are increasing the frequency of cleaning and focusing on high-touch areas like associate entrances, maintenance areas, laundry rooms and staff offices.

  • Beach Chairs: All of our beach chair and umbrella setups are spaced at a minimum distance of six to ten feet.

  • Private Patio and Lanai: Most rooms have private chairs and loungers spaced at more than 10 feet apart.

  • Turtle Club Restaurant: Our restaurant is currently open.  Our tables have been spaced out to comply with social distancing requirements.  We take reservations for dinner and lunch is first come first served.  All of our staff wear masks for the protection of our guests. Turtle Club take out is also available for our hotel guest. Please visit TurtleClubNaples.com for more information.

A MESSAGE FROM OUR FRIENDS & FAMILY

ENJOY A HOLIDAY
ANYTIME

We go there for a weekend getaway at least once a year and are never disappointed. The beach is right there, steps from your room, as is the pool. Turtle Club restaurant is excellent for lunch and dinner. They run a great deal in the off-season which includes a dinner… and a lunch… and a choice of one of several activities. Beach chairs and towels included also.
