RESORT POLICIES & PROCEDURES

We hope you enjoy your stay and make full use of the Resort. To ensure the comfort, enjoyment and safety of all our guests, Management requests your cooperation in observing the following:

Cancellation Policy

Please note that we have a 5 day (14 days from Feb. 15th to Apr. 1st) cancellation policy & deposits are subject to forfeiture if reservations are cancelled after that time. This includes the cancellation of one or more days from your stay.

During our peak season period from Feb. 15th to Apr. 1st, any cancellations within 14 days of your stay shall result in a cancellation fee in the amount of your deposit or 25% of the amount of your stay, whichever is greater. If you cancel your reservation, you will be given a cancellation number. If you are not issued a cancellation number, then you have not properly canceled your reservation.

Office Hours

The Front Office is open from 7:00 A.M until 10:00 P.M. daily. If you plan on checking in after 10 P.M., please call the resort to make special check-in arrangements. 

Age Requirement Policy

All guests booking reservations must be 21 years or older. ID must me be presented at check-in.

Room Keys

Please keep all keys cards away from any magnetic object or cellular phone.

Pool Hours

Open from 8:00 A.M until Sunset. No GLASSWARE or BOTTLES in Pool Area. No person under 10 years of age shall be allowed in the pool or pool area without a parent or guardian.

Parking

Each hotel room is entitled to one parking space and condos two spaces. Parking is located across the street, underneath the condo or to the left of the condo. Underneath the tennis court is Valet only. In the event that you cannot find a parking space during peak restaurant hours, please speak with valet and they will open a spot up for you. Guest visitors must find alternate parking off property.

Check-in Policy

Check in time is any time after 3:00 P.M. We are happy to accommodate early arrivals after 1 P.M. , subject to availability at check-in. If you arrive earlier, we will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready. Please note that our front office closes at 10 P.M. If you plan on arriving after 10 P.M., please call us to make special check-in arrangments.

Check-out Policy 

Check out time is promptly at 11:00 A.M.  Due to the size of the resort, late check out’s CANNOT be accommodated.

No Smoking Policy

All of our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas. There is a $200 additional room charge if there is smoking in the guest rooms. Management reserves the right to ask that you not smoke on hotel/condo balconies. 

 

Pet Policy

Hotel is a Pet-Free facility. A fine of $250.00 will be applied to guest folio if a pet is discovered. "Service Animals" are permitted with proper documentation. Please advise at time of reservation if you will be bringing a service animal into the hotel.

Voicemail

To access your voicemail please dial 405 and follow the prompts.

Refrigerator

When placing warm food or drink in refrigerator it can take up to 24 hours to properly cool items.

 

No Grills of Any Kind

 

No Loud Music or Portable Radios by the Pool

Coffee

Complimentary Coffee and Newspapers are available at the Front Desk from 8:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.

.

Internet

Complimentary Wi-Fi is offered in all guest rooms and the beach/pool area. The guest room network name is VBR and the password is bookdirect. The beach/pool network name is COCONUT TELEGRAPH and the password is Gulfcoast9225 (capital G).

Beach Chairs and Towels

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE BEACH AREA WITH YOUR BEACH TOWEL. Towel cards are given at check in for each guest. Chairs and towels distributed by cabana attendant at the beach stand. Beach Services hours are from 8:00 A.M. to Sunset. Two chairs and one umbrella per hotel room. Four chairs and one umbrella per condo unit. At checkout any towel cards not returned will result in a $10.00 charge per card to your bill.

Room Moves

Check in with the front desk before 11:00 A.M. to coordinate your move. Guest services can move your luggage and belongings from one room to the other.
